Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that your flowers arrive in excellent condition and meet your expectations. Below is our detailed policy to help you understand the parameters of this guarantee and what to expect in exceptional cases.

 

Policy Details:

  1. Freshness Guarantee:
    We ensure that all flowers are carefully sourced, processed, and hydrated to maximize their longevity. Under normal conditions, our arrangements should remain fresh for up to 14 days. If your flowers perish prematurely (e.g., within 48 hours of delivery), we will replace your arrangement free of charge or provide a refund at our discretion.

  2. Delivery Standards:
    Flowers are delicate and perishable. They require appropriate handling to maintain their quality. We use a trusted delivery service to ensure your arrangements are transported with care. However:

    • If flowers are exposed to extreme weather conditions due to extended delivery times or recipient unavailability, this may void the guarantee.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery during the scheduled time.
  3. Damage or Quality Concerns:
    If your flowers arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the issue to help us assess the situation and determine the best resolution.

  4. Limitations and Exclusions:

    • Flowers are perishable, and certain environmental factors may affect their longevity. These include prolonged exposure to extreme heat, cold, or lack of hydration post-delivery.
    • Once the flowers are delivered to the specified address and confirmed as received, we are not responsible for:
      • Flowers left unattended in unsuitable conditions (e.g., extreme weather, theft).
      • Neglect or improper care after delivery.
  5. Local Delivery Terms:
    On the day of your delivery, Beep Beep will pick up your order from Addison Taylor Floral Design and send you a notification to track your order. Upon arrival, the driver will ring the doorbell. If no one answers, they will attempt to contact you by phone.

    If the weather is cold or otherwise unsuitable for leaving the flowers unattended:

    • The driver will re-attempt delivery later the same day.
    • If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the order will be returned to Addison Taylor Floral Design.

    Additional Charges:

    • If the flowers are returned to our shop after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be contacted to arrange:
      1. Pick-up at no extra cost.
      2. Redelivery for a fee of $20, payable prior to the next delivery attempt.
    • Redelivery is limited to two additional attempts.

    Our goal is to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If you anticipate any issues with delivery, please contact us in advance to make alternate arrangements.

  6. Refund or Replacement:
    If your concern is eligible under this policy, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement bouquet of equal value. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim.

  7. Exclusions:
    This policy does not apply to promotional items, discounted orders, or events where flowers are explicitly marked as "final sale."

  • Shoot us an email at addisontaylordesign@live.ca or call us at 204-560-6446 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photographs of the flowers highlighting the issue.
  • We will respond within 2 business days to resolve your concern.
