Same Day Fresh Flower Orders

For Same Day orders, we require a 10 hour lead time in order to prepare your Floral arrangment. We plan to reduce this time in the future.

While you cannot Customize our Same Day Floral Arrangements, we are happy to create a Custom Order for you. Please Contact us so we may accomodate your needs

Local Delivery Rate is calculated based on KM distance from Store at Checkout. General rates are $12

Subscriptions

For the First Order, your Credit Card will be charged the day you place the Order. For Recurring Subscription Orders your Credit card will be placed 1 day prior to your Subscription Delivery.

Your Credit Card is charged in order to place an order into our system. The reason it is charged 1 day in advanced is to give our professionals a 1 day lead time in order to put together your amazing floral subscription!

Yep! Our Subscriptions are similar to our 1 time purchase Products. Just pick your Pickup, or Delivery Date. Your next Subscription will be delivered, on that date, plus the Subscription frequency you picked. For example if you chose your Subscription to be Delivered on December 29th, 2022 and you chose a 4 week subscription. Your next Subscription Delivery Date would be on January 26th, 2023 (4 weeks after December 29th, 2022)

Yes you can! If you pause your subscription, and resume it in the Future, it will resume on the next available Date. To manage your Subscription, Please Login first and then view here

While you can't change the subscription Dates from the Manage Subscription Page, you can give us a call or email and we would be happy to update it for you!

Yes, although we would hate to see you go, you may cancel your subscription either from the manage subscription Portal here

We offer exchange or store credit for giftware.

A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer. The order may also be dropped off in store.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
